Carlos began his career as a Network Administrator and worked at Panasonic and a local accounting firm. During his time at the firm, he developed an interest in real estate and tax consulting. In 2003, he completed the licensing program at the Greater Philadelphia Realty School and began selling real estate with Re/Max. In just the first year, he sold over $10 million in real estate and was promoted to the Platinum Club. Following this success, he enrolled in brokerage courses at the American Real Estate Institute and obtained his broker's license in 2007. He is the Broker of Record for Giraldo Real Estate Group. Carlos is among the top 5% of agents in the Greater Philadelphia area. His extensive experience covers all facets of the real estate industry, including development, renovation, and property management. In addition to his work in sales, in 2014, Carlos completed the prestigious 10,000 Small Business Program by Goldman Sachs in Philadelphia, where he gained valuable access to formal business education through their select scholarship program. Carlos is a father of three, a soccer coach, and enjoys traveling in his free time, especially to his home country of Colombia.
